Built for regulated Australian practices and clinics

See what a regulator would see. Then publish without the risk.

Paste your website. SwayBlu reads it the way the rules read it: National Law s133 for every registered health profession, the 2 September 2025 cosmetic advertising guidelines, and the TGA rules on advertising prescription medicines. Every flagged line cites its rule, in about 60 seconds.

The moat

Compliance is the engine. Content is what it makes.

Every regulated industry has advertising rules with real penalties. SwayBlu reads them, audits your site against them, monitors it monthly, and writes everything new inside them.

Live AHPRA-aware check

Posts, quotes, websites, every surface checked against the rules that apply to you.

Drafts, pasted captions, and full website audits all go through the same rule engine: s133 for every registered profession, ADA 6.9 for dental, the 2 Sep 2025 cosmetic guidelines and TGA rules for clinics. Watch it run on four real-world dental scenarios.

Most AI marketing tools cheerfully write testimonials, outcome guarantees and “best dentist in your area” lines. SwayBlu doesn’t.

Pricing

Priced on what a breach costs, not on what software costs.

Advertising penalties run to $60,000 for a practitioner and $120,000 for a practice under the National Law, and far higher again under the Therapeutic Goods Act. SwayBlu checks what you have already published, and checks what you are about to.

Frequently asked

Quick answers.

Is SwayBlu AHPRA-approved or AHPRA-certified?

No. SwayBlu is AHPRA-aware, not AHPRA-approved. AHPRA does not approve or certify any marketing tools. They regulate practitioners and practices, not software. Every output is a draft; you remain the publisher of record. SwayBlu is not legal advice.

What if a SwayBlu-drafted post still breaches AHPRA?

You're the publisher, you review every draft before it goes anywhere public. SwayBlu's QA pass catches the most common s133 risks (testimonials, superlatives, outcome guarantees, inducement framing), but final compliance is your responsibility. For practice-specific compliance questions, consult AHPRA directly, your professional indemnity insurer, or a regulatory lawyer.

We already have a marketing agency. Why would we add SwayBlu?

Most AU dental marketing agencies don't pre-check posts against s133. SwayBlu gives the practice an AHPRA-aware layer between the agency and the publish button. Some practices use it as the full replacement; some use it as the compliance check on top of an existing agency. Both work.

Do I have to upload patient photos? Will it generate fake patients?

Neither. Patient testimonials and before/after photos with identifiable patients are kept out of every draft by default. SwayBlu will not generate fake before/after imagery, and uses lifestyle / family / candid contexts only, never as testimonial framing.

Does SwayBlu auto-post to Instagram or Facebook?

No. Production never auto-publishes. SwayBlu schedules the post and sends you an email reminder when it's time to publish, you click through and post manually. You stay in control of every publish.

How long does setup take?

About three minutes. Type your practice name, paste your website URL, SwayBlu extracts your brand kit (logo, colours, voice, services) and runs the first AHPRA audit while you watch. The first three posts are ready to review by the time the audit finishes.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly billing, cancel in one click from settings, no questions, no hold-on call. Your brand kit and history export as a file so you keep everything you've built.

Sixty seconds. See what a regulator would see on your site.

Free, no card. We don't store the URL, and we don't email you unless you ask. The audit runs the rules that apply to your business: National Law s133, ADA Policy 6.9 for dental, the 2 September 2025 cosmetic guidelines and the TGA advertising rules for clinics.
