SwayBlu writes and designs your month in your own brand, carries your MARN on every post, and checks the wording against the Code of Conduct while you are still drafting.
Scheduled Tuesday, 9:00 am
Nine posts means nine advertisements. Pick any one to read it in full. The images, the words and the schedule are all generated; the colours and the number are the practice's own.
Code of Conduct s25(2) puts the registration number of at least one registered agent on your website, your social media and every advertisement. Not the website only. SwayBlu treats the number as part of the caption, so a post cannot leave the drafting screen without it.
Built around Code s15 · s25(2) · s26(1)(b) · s26(1)(c) · Migration Act ss280-285
The number is added at the caption layer, so it travels with the post.
The struck line is the kind of sentence that turns a good practice into an OMARA file. The one that replaces it says the same thing to the same client and survives a read by the regulator.
SwayBlu catches the phrase while you are drafting and offers the replacement, so the decision happens before the post is live rather than after.
Try it on your own copyThe same engine that runs for regulated Australian practices in other verticals, tuned to the rules that apply to a registered migration agent. Not a template pack.
The subclasses you actually work in, lodgement timing, document checklists, what a change to the points test means for the client who called you last week. Written in your voice, not a generic migration voice.
Added at the caption layer, so it carries through posts, content plans and newsletters without you remembering. If there is no number on file, SwayBlu tells you before you publish instead of quietly shipping it.
Guaranteed outcomes, success-rate claims and anything that reads as a special relationship with the Department get flagged with the clause and a replacement line. You keep the call. It is a check, not a lock.
A full edition in your colours and logo, carrying the update your list is waiting on, in about the time it takes to make a coffee. The number goes on that too, because an emailed update is an advertisement.
Health practices are barred from using testimonials in advertising, under the law that governs health advertising. Migration work is not health advertising, so that ban is not yours to carry. Tools built for clinics strip your reviews out anyway. SwayBlu knows the difference and leaves them where they belong, which is why post six above is a client's own words. The Code still governs what the words say, so a review that implies a guaranteed outcome or an inside relationship gets flagged like any other line.
None of these are edge cases. Three come straight out of the Code, the fourth out of the Migration Act, and all four live in the copy you publish.
Section 25(2) names three places the registration number has to appear: your website, your social media and your advertisements. A footer covers the first one. A month of posts is thirty more places it has to be, and it is the plainest thing on the list to get wrong.
"Guaranteed PR" and "100% success rate" read as marketing to you. Section 26(1)(c) reads them as stating you can procure a particular decision for a client, which an agent must not do.
On 25 March 2026 a registration was cancelled with a five year bar. The published findings include false or misleading advertising on the internet, and implying the existence of a relationship with the Department. A line meant to sound experienced can read as a special or privileged relationship.
If an account offers migration advice, a registered agent has to stand behind it. That is why SwayBlu asks for a MARN on file before it will put migration advice in your captions at all.
Registered agents sanctioned, on the Minister's own count. That is nine months, not twelve.
The running total, from a register of more than 5,400 agents. A small number, and none of them expected to be on it.
The Australian National Audit Office on the Department's regulation of migration agents. OMARA staffing has roughly doubled since. A regulator told it is not effective, then resourced, does not get quieter.
The Department's own instruments review of the sector put it at 38%, and it has not moved much since. The person writing the captions is usually the person whose registration is on the line.
One edition a month, in your colours and your logo, built from the changes your clients actually feel. The registration number sits in the footer of every send, because an emailed update is an advertisement too.
A short read on where processing sat this month, and the two things worth doing before the quarter closes.

Section 25(2) names three places: your website, your social media and your advertisements. What that means for an account posting three times a week, and the four places agents most often miss.
Read the article Code s15, s26Yes, and that surprises people who have read the health advertising rules. Here is what the Code actually restricts, the two phrases that turn a good review into a breach, and the obligation you carry for what your staff say.
Read the article The contrastThe rule that does not apply to you, written up for the vertical it does apply to. Worth reading if you want to understand why a tool built for clinics will delete your reviews without asking.
Read the articlePosts on the subclasses you work in, captions in your voice, and the client newsletter your list has been waiting on. All of it in your brand, with your registration number in the caption, and the wording that draws letters flagged with the clause and a replacement line while it is still a draft.
One tool doing the writing, the design and the first read on the wording, on your subject matter instead of a generic one. What is left is the part only a registered agent can do, which is reading it and deciding it goes out.
SwayBlu is a content tool, not a legal or migration advice service. Its checks flag likely issues against the Migration (Migration Agents Code of Conduct) Regulations 2021, the instrument in force since 1 March 2022, and are not legal advice. Section references on this page are to that instrument. You are the publisher of record, and final compliance of anything you publish is your responsibility. SwayBlu is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority or the Department of Home Affairs.
The nine sample posts and the sample newsletter on this page are illustrative work for a fictional practice. The people shown are not clients, the quoted words are not a real client's words, and MARN 1234567 is a placeholder, not a registration on the register.
